Happy 2018! It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone. However, I am looking forward to what this year has in store. To kick off the new year I’m sharing some winter leisure favorites that you should definitely have in your closet. Not only are these items great for lounging but provide great versatility, allowing you to create a variety of looks. Best of all, they are super comfortable and adorable.

Sweatshirt:

A sweatshirt need not be one that’s seen it’s share of better days unless your cleaning. Rather opt for a modern one that can be layered with your favorite skinny jeans or leggings. I find dressing with a feminine sweatshirt makes me feel more polished and put together. They require little to no effort and can be used for running errands or a day at the movies. Leggings:

Spanx…who would have every thought they would have the most amazing leggings. Seriously they are so wonderful. The faux leather leggings are my favorite not only because they feel good, but they just look like a million bucks! They bring winter leisure to a whole new level. Now, when not in the mood for faux leather, my second favorites are by Zella. While they are made to withstand working out, they are insanely perfect with everything from over the knee boots, sneakers to flats. In my opinion, you need both of these leggings in your wardrobe. Both are thick enough to provide warmth and coverage. Neither have issues with being see-through. Trust me, you will fall in love with both.

Slip-On Sneaker:
The most compatible shoe for leisure, in my opinion, is the slip-on sneaker. These not only provide comfort but a modern and chic alternative to a tennis shoe. You literally can go all day in these sophisticated shoes without sacrificing your feet for fashion. Truly simple to toss on and look super cute.
