I hope ya’ll had the best Thanksgiving ever! We had two dinners in one day. Needless to say, being stuffed is an understatement! And, let’s not forget the leftovers. Funny enough, I am not a fan typically of leftovers. However, I am serious about my Thanksgiving leftovers. In the words of Ross from friends, “Don’t eat MY sandwich! Hah!
Speaking of something else I am serious about, the cowboy boot. Now, you may be pondering why in the world would this gal be all about that type of boot. Well, for many years, I wouldn’t even bat an eye at a cowboy boot. Not so much because of style, but due to fit. My opinion is the cowboy boot must be uncomfortable and yes unflattering in the world of fashion.
Consequently, that is so wrong on both accounts. About a year ago, while in Pigeon Forge, my mom was shopping for cowboy boots for my nephews. Killing time, I said, what the heck, let me try on a pair. Well, saddle me up and call me Dolly, those boots fit! Okay, that was really corny I know. Yet, the truth is that they fit like a glove. Moreover, they are literally one of the most comfortable shoes in my closet!

A year later, I have made a second purchase. The cowboy boot is most assuredly a staple in my closet. My advice is to select one that is most comfortable such as the Ariat or Corral brand. Additionally, choose a style that is simple and not over-embellished. The possibilities for styling are endless. Pair them with dresses, skirts, leggings, tunics, skinny jeans, the sky is the limit.
Furthermore, I wear them often for the sheer fact of comfort. Again, they are also super cute, easily paired with so many pieces. Throw them on and off you go! I wore mine just the other day to work as well as for some holiday shopping! My feet didn’t shed a tear!
This is too cute! The necklace is fabulous and THOSE boots {all the heart eye emojis}
