When it comes to the weather, your wardrobe can at times be challenging. Today, I am sharing this pretty plaid cape that is wonderful for layering and adding warmth.

First off, this plaid cape is neutral. Therefore, it will coordinate with anything in your closet. I chose to simply layer on a white, long sleeve thermal top. You in fact could layer this over black, blush, tan, cream, or even color. I can imagine how merlot would completely pop underneath.

This plaid cape also provides more warmth than you would expect. I wore this look on a day in the lower 50’s and needed nothing more to keep me toasty.

I chose to accent this cape with a pair of stunning little booties and a gorgeous wide brimmed hat to provide a sophisticated look for Sunday brunch.
