Well the daylight hours seem to be getting shorter already! That is definitely a sign that fall is literally just around the corner. I honestly can’t believe how fast this summer has gone. Yet, I am sure we are all ready for a change!

However, as the warm temps still remain, it can be challenging at times to find the right outfit for a night out. By now, some of you may already know that I am a huge fan of the romper! That is why this lacy drawstring romper is perfect for this time of year.

What I love most about this piece, is the intricate lace trim that provides such lovely detail. You can certainly transition this little number from day to night. It has long sleeves with button cuffs, that can be rolled up for a more casual look.

I chose to wear this for an evening out on the town with my sweetie. Pairing it with my go-to neutral wedges, since the romper is so rich in color. Additionally, I kept jewelry simple, using only my diamond studs. You can certainly accent the romper with a statement necklace. For me, the lace detail is so gorgeous that I just didn’t want to take away from it. Lastly, I grabbed an older and again neutral bag. My thoughts were on keeping the romper as the statement piece. I am a girl who tends to live by the less is more approach for sure!
