Sometimes, no plans are the best plans. And, that is exactly what we had this weekend…no plans! It was fantastic. Can anyone relate?

We actually ended up doing quite a bit but, everything was spontaneous. We tried a fabulous Mexican restaurant called, Ru Ru’s which was simply amazing. It’s a must in Charlotte and will certainly be a return visit for us. A little outlet shopping followed and a trip to the movies to see Guardians of the Galaxy. Not to mention, we accomplished some cleaning and I squeezed in a trip to Ulta. I scored some wonderful new goodies to add to a recent Sephora trip as well. I am going to be featuring those on the blog soon! This all sounds likes a lot, but when it isn’t planned, it makes for a wonderful weekend.

Now, when it does come to plans for a spring date night, I recommend a sophisticated yet flirty dress like this one. This is a recent purchase from a local boutique called Bevello, which is a fave of mine in the area. Unfortunately, this dress is no longer featured on their website. However, I did locate it in black on Amazon, which I have linked for you all. It’s the perfect dress for a spring date night and is very affordable. I do suggest pairing it with a patterned clutch and nude heels for a sure win with your love.
